This event is held every four months in collaboration with Gosport Borough Council. This month's meeting has a media, marketing and PR focus with a great line-up of speakers:
PR and Reputation
Mia Ross from Fareham Borough Council will explore the importance of PR and reputation, and the role trust and credibility play in how people perceive your business.
The Marketing Customer Journey
CMe Media will look at multi-channel and touchpoint customer journeys, and how the different elements of your marketing work together rather than in isolation.
Would AI Recommend Your Business?
Kevin Briscoe from Briscoe PR will look at how AI is changing the way customers find and choose businesses, and why the reputation and presence you've built online increasingly matter.
There will also be ample opportunity to ask questions, make new connections, catch up with other businesses and grow your local network.
