Session title: Resilience Reimagined - The S.P.A.C.E Model and the Evolution of Humanistic Leadership
Organisation: Academy HR
Speaker name: Louise Mortimer
Session synopsis: What does it truly mean to be professionally resilient in today's world of constant change? How can leaders create space for authenticity, fulfilment and growth - both in themselves and in those they lead? Delivered by Louise Mortimer, Founder of Academy HR and finalist in the UK Small Business Awards 2025, this keynote explores the transformative S.P.A.C.E Leaders of Resilience model, an original framework for cultivating professional resilience and driving high performing teams through a humanistic lens. Drawing on principles of self-awareness, personal ethos and emotional intelligence, this session invites leaders to reimagine resilience not as endurance, but as evolution.
