We are committed to being open and transparent about how we keep our homes safe. This page provides information on our health and safety compliance across our housing stock, including performance data and regular reports shared with councillors. It shows how we are meeting our legal responsibilities and monitoring key safety checks, so tenants and residents can see how we are performing and hold us to account.
