Assheton Court

• Sheltered Housing Officer visit and support 5 days a week
• There are two floors with 13 bedsits and 20 one bedroom flats, each flat has a bathroom with shower cubicle and a kitchen
• A lift is available for use
• On-site communal facilities include a lounge, an assisted bathroom, guest room and laundry room
• Close to shops, public transport, Churches, Parish Hall and Day Centre
• Social activities which include, regular coffee mornings, afternoon and evening bingo, occasional afternoon tea and lunch
• Each flat is connected to an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
• Assheton Court is able to receive cable television
• There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
• No pets are allowed in this scheme

Barnfield Court

• Sheltered Housing Officer visit and support 5 days a week
• There are three floors with a total of 39 modern, self contained one bedroom flats
• There is a lift to all floors
• On-site facilities include a kitchen, lounge, garden, assisted shower room, laundry room, guest suite and computer room
• Regular social activities include coffee mornings, bingo, shopping trips and afternoon tea
• Close to shops and public transport
• Each flat is fitted with an alarm system to call for assistance 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system
• All flats are served by a communal TV aerial and the scheme is wired for cable TV
• There is a 'No Smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
• No pets are allowed in this scheme

Collingwood Court

• Collingwood Court opened in the summer of 2015
• Sheltered Housing Officer visit and support 5 days a week.
• The scheme has 23 one bedroom flats and 17 two bedroom flats
• Facilities include; Emergency alarm system, door entry system allowing tenants to talk and view who is calling. Communal lounge and kitchen area, activity room, assisted bathroom
• Laundry room, mobility scooter storage and a guest room with en suite shower room
• Collingwood Court has two lifts
• The scheme has communal gardens and car parking
• The flats are within easy walking distance of the Highlands shopping parade with 2 local GP surgeries and Pharmacy services
• There is a 'no smoking' policy in place in all communal areas

Crofton Court

• Sheltered Housing Officer visit and support 5 days a week
• There are three floors with a total of 39 modern, self contained one bedroom flats
• A lift is available for use
• Communal facilities include a lounge, garden conservatory, kitchen, guest room and laundry room
• Regular social activities are held in the communal lounge
• Close to shops and public transport
• All flats are fitted to an alarm system to call for assistance in an emergency 24 hours a day, there is also a door entry facility linked to a CCTV system

Sylvan Court

• Sylvan Court opened in the Spring of 2017
• Sheltered Housing Officer visit and support 5 days a week
• The scheme has 25 one bedroom flats and eleven two bedroom flats
• Facilities include; Emergency alarm system, door entry system allowing tenants to talk to and view who is calling.  Communal lounge and kitchen area, activity room, mobility scooter storage and guest room with en suite shower room
• Sylvan Court has two lifts
• The scheme has communal gardens and car parking facilities
• The scheme is situated near two G.P. surgeries and the local shopping centre at Locks Heath is within walking distance
• There is a 'no smoking' policy in place in all communal areas
• No pets are allowed at this scheme
