Assheton Court, Portchester

Assheton Court is a current project on Fareham Housing's Affordable Delivery Programme. 

In January 2023, Fareham Housing secured planning permission for the redevelopment of Assheton Court in Portchester.

What are we developing? 

The previous scheme of 33 bed sheltered housing scheme has now been demolished and is due to be replaced with a new development of sixty purpose-built, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for the over 55s is expected to be ready for occupation in late autumn 2026.

If you are over 55 years old, a Fareham Housing Tenant or would like to find out if you're eligible for one of these homes, the Fareham Housing Team is encouraging you to get in touch.
