Fareham Council is committed to using our own sites to continue to deliver a mix of Affordable Homes accross the borough, and this includes both rented and Shared Ownership properties.
Rented housing will be allocated to households on the Council's housing register.
To apply for Shared Ownership Housing, you must first register with Help to Buy South , who are the agent appointed by the government to provide Shared Ownership properties in the South of England. We would also encourage you to complete the Shared Ownership expression of interest form below as this will help us better understand the need for Shared Ownership properties in Fareham.
