A visit to The Brickworks Museum invokes the sights, smells and sounds of life in Victorian Britain. Explore 125 years of brick-making history and the lives of the people that drove it. With hands-on exhibits, two play areas and plenty to see and do in our large site, there has never been a better time to visit. Set in Grade II* listed buildings, the Brickworks Museum tells the story of British brickmaking from the clay pits to the kilns.
The Museum is open from April until October on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from 11am until 4pm (last entry 3pm). There are also regular special events and Sunday Steam ups, plus children's events in the school holidays.
