Bath Lane Recreation Ground
We are partnering up with Fareham and Crofton Cricket Club
to put on a range of events at Bath Lane Recreation Ground.
Across the weekend there will be cricket matches, children's activities and Fareham Community Showcase.
Please note that there is no parking available on site or in the residential side streets of Bath Lane (Upper) or Deane's Park Road and surrounding areas. The closest car parks are Bath Lane car park, Lysses car park or Market Quay car park.
Fareham and Crofton Cricket Club
Saturday
- Women's taster session from 10am
- Watch an All Stars cricket session 10-11am
- 1st & 4th XI home matches from 12:30pm
- Bar open from midday
Sunday
- Open taster session (kids, women & mens) 10:30am-12noon
- Youth cricket games throughout the day
- Senior cricket match 1pm - Fareham & Crofton 1st XI Vs Chairman's Invitational XI
- Bar open from midday
- Charity fundraising activities - tombola, cake sale, raffle
- Treasure hunt
Circus workshop
Steamship Circus skills workshop will be taking place 10am-4pm both days to try your hand at acrobatics and other circus skills for free.
Fareham Community Showcase
On Saturday, Bath Lane Recreation Ground will host Community First's Community Showcase. Featuring a variety of stalls, entertainment, and activities, the event taking place Saturday 4 July from 10am to 4pm at Bath Lane Recreation Ground.
Run by Community First and funded by Fareham Borough Council, the showcase offers local organisations a unique opportunity to connect with residents, attract new volunteers, and fundraise, all while celebrating the incredible community spirit of Fareham.
Fun Dog Show
On Sunday, Fareham's Dog Daycare will be hosting a fun dog show and have a go activities. Dogs can be enter into the classes on the day!
The dog show will run:
11:00 cutest puppy (ages up to 1year)
11:30 most handsome male
12:00 Pretty girls club
12:30 golden oldies (anyone over 8 years)
13:00 best trick
F&C Charity Event
Join us on Saturday 4 July and Sunday 5 July for two days of cricket matches, food, and a club raffle, all in support of Crohn's & Colitis UK and Harbour Cancer Support.
