Why Does This Measure Matter?

Internal reviews include physical inspections of the properties, with priority actions then identified. Priority actions are also identified independently by the consultant undertaking the FRA. Priority actions can be broken down as follows, Priority A: Urgent actions that require immediate attention. Priority B: Short-term actions that should be addressed within 3 months. Priority C: Medium-term actions that should be addressed within 9 months. Priority D: Long-term actions that should be addressed the next time the property is refurbished.
