Disruptions to waste and recycling collections

Occasionally services are delayed, for example if roads are blocked by parked cars or roadworks. If a problem arises and your road is missed, please visit this page for updates.

5/9/2025 - Frogmore - access blocked by trench across road.  recycling bins and garden waste bins are still to be collected.  It is our aim to return to empty the bins on Tuesday anytime from 6am. Please leave the bins out for this collection.

September 29th 2025 til Spring 2026 - North Hill Closure

During the road closure normal bin collection points will be changed for residents from 24 to 46 North Hill.  Instead, the bins should be brought to the edge of the closure on North Hill by 6am on the collection day.  Bins should be clearly marked with the house number either with a sticker or a marker pen to avoid residents taking the wrong bins after collection.
