Disruptions to waste and recycling collections

Occasionally services are delayed, for example if roads are blocked by parked cars or roadworks. If a problem arises and your road is missed, please visit this page for updates.

Due to roadworks, the following work was not completed on Tuesday 28th April 2026.

If your road is listed we are aware that it has not been emptied, so please do not contact us.   

Please leave your bin out by 6am and we will return on Friday 1st May 2026

29 September 2025 until Spring 2026 - North Hill Closure

During the road closure normal bin collection points will be changed for residents from 24 to 46 North Hill. Instead, the bins should be brought to the edge of the closure on North Hill by 6am on the collection day. Bins should be clearly marked with the house number either with a sticker or a marker pen to avoid residents taking the wrong bins after collection.
