Disruptions to waste and recycling collections

Occasionally services are delayed, for example if roads are blocked by parked cars or roadworks. If a problem arises and your road is missed, please visit this page for updates.

Due to operational issues, the following roads will not be emptied today. 

If your road is listed we are aware that it has not been emptied, so please do not contact us.   

Due to the volume of work over the Christmas period we will not be able to return to empty these bins until Tuesday 13th January.  Please leave the  bin out for collection from 6am Tuesday and leave it out until we have emptied it. Thank you for your patience.

September 29th 2025 til Spring 2026 - North Hill Closure

During the road closure normal bin collection points will be changed for residents from 24 to 46 North Hill.  Instead, the bins should be brought to the edge of the closure on North Hill by 6am on the collection day.  Bins should be clearly marked with the house number either with a sticker or a marker pen to avoid residents taking the wrong bins after collection.
