Disruptions to our regular Waste & Recycling Collections

We work hard to complete all scheduled waste and recycling collections on time.

However, from time to time, delays can occur due to circumstances such as roadworks, parked vehicles blocking access, vehicle breakdowns, or other operational issues.

We understand how frustrating it can be when your bin is not collected as expected and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

If your collection has been missed, please check whether your road is listed below to find up-to-date information about when we will return to collect your bin(s).

29th September 2025 - Spring 2026: North Hill, Fareham

Due to the North Hill road closure, temporary collection arrangements are in place for properties 24–46 North Hill.

Residents should present their bins at the edge of the road closure by 6am on their collection day.

To help ensure bins are returned to the correct property, please clearly mark them with your house number using a sticker or permanent marker.

Thank you for your co-operation while these temporary arrangements remain in place.

9th July 2026: Sarisbury Green 

Due to operational issues, we were unable to complete collections in the roads listed below:

We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

There is no need to report this to us, as we have already arranged to return and complete the outstanding collections on Friday 10th July 2026. Please leave your bin out, accessible to our crews, and as close to the kerb as possible.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we put things right.

If your road is not listed above and your bin has not been collected, please report it using our Online Form. Our team will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange for a return collection.
