The Dementia Care Hub is a charity supporting people who live with Dementia- www.dementiacarehub.org
The Dementia Care Hub runs a social group on each Wednesday at Portchester Community Centre from 10.15-12.15 for people who are living with Dementia and their care givers-this service is for Dementia advice and support with professionals visiting to inform of the services they offer.
We also have two Wellbeing sessions for people with Dementia on a Tuesday and Thursday
Location: Portchester Community Centre
Time: 10-15.00
This allows the care giver time for themselves.
The Wellbeing sessions include a two course hot meal and activities and stimulation for the person with Dementia.
Social Drop-in on Wednesday is a welcome for all to just turn up.
