Speaker: Stephen Hoadley
Stephen has enjoyed a lifelong interest in local history. After qualifying in heritage interpretation and gaining a Master's degree in history he worked for many years in the heritage sector, which included developing major projects at two national museums, before becoming assistant curator at Milestones Living History Museum at Basingstoke. Stephen has been a lecturer in heritage studies at St Mary's University, Twickenham and at the University of Winchester, but nowadays enjoys a more relaxed life offering talks on a wide range of topics to local history and other special interest groups.
