Corporate StrategyFareham Borough Council Corporate Strategy 2023-2029

Fareham Borough Council's Corporate Strategy is an important document as it sets out the Council's Vision for the Borough, our approach to service delivery and explains how the Council will direct its resources over a six-year period.  It influences budget planning, day-to-day service delivery and determines the large-scale projects we will complete over the next six years.

The Council consulted on the current Corporate Strategy in from 5 June to 5 July 2023.  The responses were presented to the Council's Policy and Resources Scrutiny Panel and the Executive.  The Corporate Strategy 2023-2029 PDF (6 MB) was reported to Council and adopted on 26 October 2023.

The current strategy identifies six corporate priorities that will be delivered through a series of projects. You can find out how we are doing against each priority by clicking on the appropriate link below.
