Corporate StrategyFareham Borough Council Corporate Strategy 2023-2029

Fareham Borough Council's Corporate Strategy is an important document as it sets out the Council's Vision for the Borough, our approach to service delivery and explains how the Council will direct its resources over a six-year period.  It influences budget planning, day-to-day service delivery and determines the large-scale projects we will complete over the next six years.

The Council review the Corporate Strategy annually.  The Corporate Strategy 2023-2029 PDF (8 MB) was last reviewed in Autumn 2025 and reported to Council and adopted on 9 October 2025.

The current strategy identifies six corporate priorities that will be delivered through a series of projects. You can find out how we are doing against each priority by clicking on the appropriate link below.
