Crisis Resilience Fund

Crisis Support

The Government has announced new funding to support vulnerable low-income households who are facing immediate financial difficulties or are at risk of falling into crisis. Hampshire County Council has worked to create a support scheme to help those households most affected, which was launched on 1 April 2026.

Urgent support

If you are currently without heating or hot water, or at significant risk of losing access to either because you have run out of heating oil or you are struggling with your gas and or electric bill, please contact your local Citizens Advice office External Hyperlink - Opens in new tab as soon as possible. They will be able to discuss immediate support options with you and provide guidance on any assistance that may be available.
