Proposed Site Layout
- 3 family houses in a terrace on the east, aligned with existing homes.
- 18 apartments in a two-storey C-shaped block to the west.
- Ground-floor apartments will have private outdoor space with low railings.
- 27 parking spaces: A proportion will be allocated for the houses and wheelchair-accessible homes, whilst the remainder will be unallocated.
Proposed Green Space Improvements
- Part of the existing footpath will be replaced with a meandering path linking the development, Longfield Avenue, and the wider network.
- Seating will be added along with natural play areas for young children, and enhanced planting with biodiverse species.
- A play space will be created on the eastern side with natural play features and seating.
