The Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) have been introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing to assess how well social housing landlords are doing in providing good quality homes and services. More information on these can be found on the Tenant Satisfaction Measures page.
Annual Review
Our Annual Review provides a transparent overview of how we are performing as a landlord, how we are listening to and acting on tenant feedback, and how we are ensuring the safety, quality, and fairness of our housing services. The review helps tenants, councillors, and stakeholders hold us to account and supports our ongoing efforts to improve homes, services, and neighbourhoods across the borough.
