Plans for next meeting of the Council at the Civic Offices

Fareham Borough Council is pleased to announce that the next meeting of the Council will take place on 10 June at the Civic Offices.

In order to ensure that the meeting is accessible to all, it will be streamed live via a link on the Council’s website. Residents can watch in real time or at their leisure after the event via the Council’s YouTube channel.

While residents are permitted to attend the meeting held in public, the number of places available is limited to no more than 26 to ensure the required social distancing can be maintained.

Any residents wishing to attend the meeting in person should fill in their details using this link  (https://wh1.snapsurveys.com/s.asp?k=162212416478) by no later than 7 June. Successful applicants will be provided with an invitation by no later than 8 June. Please do not attend the Civic Offices unless you have received an invitation as you will be turned away.

As this is a Council meeting, anyone who lives or works in the Borough can apply to make a statement – this is called making a deputation – provided the subject matter is on a topic that relates to the powers and functions of the Council.  Anyone wishing to make a statement must formally submit a deputation request in writing. Video deputations and written deputations will also be accepted if a resident would prefer not to attend in person.  If the request is accepted, you will receive confirmation of details.
