Fareham in Bloom 2022 Winners

8 September 2022

Residents crowned winners of Fareham in Bloom 2022

Fareham Borough Council is delighted to announce the winners of this year’s Virtual Fareham in Bloom competition.
Green-fingered residents were invited to enter the Council’s competition by submitting a photo online. There was a total of six categories for people to enter.

A member of the judging panel, along with a community volunteer, visited the two gardens that received the highest number of votes from the public in five of the six categories. Entries in the ‘Something Small’ category were judged purely on the photo and description submitted.

The winners in each category are as follows:

Winners will be invited to a tea party in the Mayor’s Parlour on Wednesday 26 October to receive their prize and certificate.

Congratulations to the following runners-up:

The competition was once again proudly sponsored by St Margaret's Nursery and Fareham Shopping Centre.

Executive Member for Streetscene at Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Ian Bastable, said:

“Thank you to everyone who entered this year’s competition. The standard was extremely high and it’s clear that residents have worked hard to create some outstanding displays in their gardens and open spaces. Judges were delighted to be able to visit the top voted entries before making their decisions this year. Congratulations to our winners and well done to all the runners up!”
