Let’s Talk Holly Hill Woodland Park

Fareham Borough Council is applying for National Lottery Heritage Funding to improve Holly Hill Woodland Park and is inviting residents to support this bid by taking part in a short consultation.

Holly Hill Woodland Park, at 36-hectares, is Fareham’s largest public open space and provides many recreational and health benefits for the local community.

An Expression of Interest was submitted to the National Heritage Lottery Fund in  February 2024 and the Council has now been invited to submit a full application for the project.

In order to raise awareness of the project and exhibit a programme of proposed changes, an engagement team will be stationed at Holly Hill Woodland Park on Saturday 22 June.

Residents are encouraged to come along between 10am-12.30pm to find out more and talk with the team in support of this funding application.

Residents can find out more about the National Lottery Heritage Fund at: www.heritagefund.org.uk.
