Catering concessions tender opportunities

Fareham Borough Council has announced that the tender process for its hot and cold drink and snack concessions for the period of 2025-2028 is now open to bids.

These three-year licences are for October 2025 to September 2028 and there are three locations available. These are:

• Meon Shore, Hill Head – year-round pitch
• Salterns Road, Hill Head – year-round pitch
• Portchester Castle – winter-only concession (1 October– 31 March)

Providers that would like to submit a bid should email estatesservice@fareham.gov.uk to request the relevant form(s).

Once completed, these forms should be returned by email to estatesservice@fareham.gov.uk along with a photograph of your trading vehicle, a copy of your menu and details of your power generation. Alternatively, you can send this information by post to Asset Management, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ.

All bids must be submitted no later than noon on Monday 1 September 2025. 

The successful applicant will be required to sign and return a licence agreement, provide a copy of their current insurance policy and pay the balance in full by 22 September 2025.
