Council launches ‘Getting to know you’ project for tenants

Fareham Borough Council has launched a new project to gather information from Fareham Housing tenants and to ensure that the data it currently holds is correct.

The ‘Getting to know you’ project will help gather the information needed to improve service delivery and ensure that Council services can be better tailored to meet tenants’ individual needs.

Fareham Housing tenants are encouraged to complete a short survey which will run until the summer and can be found here:

The survey will collect personal information such as the number of household members, the number and type of dependants, protected characteristics, health information, communication preferences and housing needs and this will be stored in the Council’s secure Housing Management System.

Executive Member for Housing, Cllr Fred Birkett, said: “This tenant survey will gather the information we need to provide the best possible service for our tenants and to ensure that those who might require additional services can be identified and supported. It’s really important that tenants complete the survey and I urge them to do so as soon as possible.”
