Cost of Living Help FAQs

Q I have received a letter through the post saying I am entitled to a supermarket voucher, is this really from you/is this valid?

A Yes you have received a voucher because you have been identified as meeting an eligibility criteria due to you receiving Council Tax Support. All District councils in Hampshire have been asked by HCC to issue certain eligible households with these vouchers from the Household Support Fund as part of Gov funding to assist with the cost of living.

Q I have received a letter stating I need to access a QR code for the voucher but that I have to register on the E Voucher website to login to do this, is this safe?

A Yes this is a genuine letter from us, we are working with a well known and established company to issue this E Voucher to you. Once activated you will be able to use this code for your weekly food shop.

Q I am struggling to access the QR code what do I need to do?

A You need to either view the Help Centre web site at https://help.evouchers.com External Hyperlink where there are help pages giving you advice or if you cannot find the help you need on those pages then email support@evouchers.com.

You can also ask trusted family and friends to help you with any issues regarding registering for the activation of the QR code.

Please refer to the bottom of your letter on how to get in touch with Evouchers.

Q I have received a paper voucher/gift card to use in Asda, I don't usually shop at Asda?

A I appreciate you may not usually shop with this supermarket but we have had to nominate only one supermarket for ease of administration. You will not be able to ask for a replacement paper voucher/gift card for another supermarket. You can use your gift card for Asda online to do a supermarket shop if accessibility to the shop is an issue.

Details on how you can use your voucher will be on the letter.
