During the Christmas lights switch on event on 22 November, a number of other businesses and organisations are running activities to provide people with even more fun things to do! Take a look below at the activities on offer.

If you are located in Fareham Town Centre and are running an activity, or any offers or deals over the switch on weekend and would like to be added to the list below please let us know the details at leisure@fareham.gov.uk. 

Fareham Shopping Centre

Festive walkabouts will be taking place throughout the day. Look out for them whilst within the shopping centre!

Fareham Live

A festive colouring activity will be available during the day between 10am-4pm. 

This year's pantomime is Beauty and the Beast, taking place at Fareham Live. External Hyperlink - Opens in new tab

The panto runs from Friday 12 December - Sunday 4 January.

Crafty Makery (inside Fareham Shopping Centre)

Arts and crafts, Christmas ceramics, Christmas cards and sparkly decorations for a small donation.

There will also be a lucky dip and raffle tickets on sale to win a large Christmas tree ceramic, complete with coloured lights and plug. Tickets will be £1 each and the ticket will be drawn on Saturday 20th Dec 2025.

Live Love Local

The Live Love Local campaign was designed to support Fareham's diverse range of unique, independent shops and food and drink businesses following the pandemic and help them rally against competition from online and out of town shopping during the festive period.
