The annual Christmas Lights Switch On event will be taking place on Saturday 23rd November 2024.
The final Council event of the year will have with a golden theme to bring the Council's 50th anniversary to an end.
There will be market stalls, children's activities, fun fair rides, food and drink, street and stage performers and more!

Fareham Bus Station is situated by Market Quay car park.
From Gosport: Use First Bus service E1, E2, X5, 9, 9A or 11
From Portsmouth: Use First Bus service 3 or X4
From Whiteley: Use First Bus service 28 or 28A
From Southampton: Use First Bus service X4 or X5
Fareham train station is a 10 minute walk to the event location.
Fareham Town Centre is surrounded by the National Cycle Network. Bike racks are available in the pedestrianised area, by Fareham Library and by Fareham Bus Station.

Car sharing is encouraged to help us be more sustainable. It can also be more social and allows you to share the cost of car parking.
The Fareham Shopmobility service provides mobility scooters, electric and manual wheelchairs to people with limited mobility. Shopmobility is located inside Fareham Shopping Centre, opposite Millets.
Shopmobility will be open for the Christmas Lights Switch On event, but mobility aids must be booked in advance. For more information about using the Shopmobility service please visit their website
