The Council has historically published an Annual Monitoring Report at the end of every calendar year, which reports on the most recent complete financial year.
It should be noted that the AMR does not represent new planning policy, but is a monitoring report which provides information on past performance against existing Local Plan targets, including these relating to housing delivery.
