Fareham Borough Council has consulted on the Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (SPD). The Council received comments on the proposed SPD over the six-week period from Friday 16th February – Friday 29th March 2024.

In accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (SEA Regulations), a screening assessment was prepared to determine whether the proposed SPD should be subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment. The Screening Assessment can be found here:
