The supporting documents which informed the Draft Charging Schedule:
- The infrastructure delivery plan (271 KB) identifies the type, location and estimated cost of the infrastructure required to support new development in the Borough as set out in the adopted Core Strategy. The IDP is a 'living' document and will be updated regularly to include the most up to date information.
- The CIL viability assessment (2 MB) looks at the viability of different development uses across the Borough and assesses the likely impact of setting levy charges on these developments.
A formal period seeking representations on the Draft Charging Schedule was carried out from 31st July to 11th September 2012. A summary of responses to the consultation can be viewed here (104 KB).

The Preliminary Draft Charging Schedule was the first stage in setting levy rates.
