Retail Health Check

Retail Health Checks are produced to monitor specific aspects of the main retail centres within the Borough including Fareham Town Centre, Portchester District Centre, Locks Heath District Centre, Stubbington District Centre and Park Gate Local Centre.  The summary reports are based on the Planning Practice Guidance and are carried out on an annual basis and may be used to help inform development management decisions on planning applications.  The topics covered in the health check summaries include:
