Involving residents, businesses and other interested groups is key to ensuring that the regeneration of the town centre meets your needs. There are different levels of engagement available from staying informed, through to consultation and collaborating with us to develop events and initiatives.

We're building a panel that truly reflects our whole community – across all ages, backgrounds, abilities, and experiences — and that starts with you!

As Fareham Borough Council begins to develop and deliver projects in the Town Centre, we want to ensure that they have a positive impact on the town's residents and visitors. To help do this, we are creating an online panel of Borough visitors, representing the diversity of people that visit the Town Centre. Panel members will be emailed questions twice a year and asked about their views on the town as it changes. For every survey completed members will be entered into draws for Town Centre related prizes e.g. vouchers. 

Applications have been extended and if you would like to be a part of this panel, please complete an application form above by 12 September 2025. You will hear from us by late September to let you know if you have been selected. The first panel survey will then be sent in October. If you had applied during the original timeline, your application will still be valid.

As a thank you for signing up, existing applicants and anyone who applies by 12 September 2025 will be entered into a prize draw to win 'An evening out in Fareham'. The winner will be able to choose from a selection of vouchers up to the value of £100 for an evening out in Fareham town centre, which could include:

• A dinner for two at a Fareham food venue of your choice
• Tickets to a show at Fareham Live
• Tickets to see the latest blockbuster movie at Reel Cinema, Fareham
• A game of bowling for two at Bowl Central, Fareham

Residents and Visitors

There are a number of ways to stay up to date and get involved:

• Sign up to our E-Panel.  Members receive regular emails with links to surveys, details of engagement events and feedback on previous consultations.
• Join Let's Talk Fareham on Facebook . This is a great way to stay up to date with consultations and events from the Council and other organisations. You can also make comments and ask questions directly in the group.
