The Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Geoff Fazackarley and Mayoress Tina Fazackarley will be holding a variety of fundraising events in support of their charities and would be delighted if you are able to support the events listed.
Sam's Haven is a family-run charity founded in 2013. Its aim is to support families with children who have terminal and life threatening illnesses by providing respite holidays.
The charity offers four to five day holidays in a modern three-bed caravan holiday home in Church Farm, Chichester. It relies on donations to cover the cost of repayments for the holiday home alongside maintenance fees.
By January 2016 the charity had been able to provide holidays to 36 families and hopes to serve a minimum of 15 families per year.
