Christmas Information

The Civic Offices will be closed from 4.00pm on Thursday 24 December 2020 until 8.45am on Monday 4 January 2021.

There will be an out-of-hours telephone message advising customers of the Christmas closure and of the special enquiry service in operation during the festive period. If there is an emergency and you need to contact the Council over Christmas, please call 01329 236100.

Refuse, Recycling and Street Cleansing during the Christmas period

There will be some changes to the day your bin is emptied over the Christmas period.

Problems with collections during the Christmas period

For any other refuse, recycling or street cleansing enquiry, please call our answer phone service on 01329 824341. Please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Garden Waste Collections

Garden waste collections are suspended from Friday 11 December 2020 and will resume on your usual recycling collection day week commencing Monday 11 January 2021.
