The consultation on the Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD), which took place between Friday 17th March and Monday 1st May 2023, is now closed.

In accordance with the Environmental Assessment of Plans and Programmes Regulations 2004 (SEA Regulations), a screening assessment was prepared to determine whether the proposed SPD should be subject to a Strategic Environmental Assessment. The Screening Assessment can be found here:

How to respond
Representations on the Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document must be made by 11:59pm on the 1st May 2023 via post or email.

Comments can be submitted by emailing planningpolicy@fareham.gov.uk and will be accepted if sent before the closing date. You will receive confirmation that your comments have been received.
