Trains and Buses at the Brickworks Museum

Venue: Bursledon Brickworks Museum, Swanwick Lane
Time: 11am to 4pm
Cost: Adult £8, child £5, concessions £7

The special trains day will feature:
Miniature train rides and display
Four buses, bus models and book written by the chairman
M.G. Car Group
Live music
Model railway layouts, large and small
Craft and gift stalls

Also Brickworks Museum will be open with working machinery, chimney pot collection, vintage slot machines and children's play areas.

We are particularly keen to ensure that people attending the event and hosting stalls are able to do so as safely as possible, and that everyone who participates can interact with as much freedom and confidence as possible.

We know that many were looking forward to the event and may be disappointed, but please be assured we are just holding it back for a short while and we look forward to sharing a new date for the Fayre very soon.

"The Final Lockdown" A Murder Mystery Evening

"The Final Lockdown" by Pam Demic is a murder mystery for the audience to guess "whodunnit?".

This will be presented by Lee Players at The Crofton Hall Theatre, Crofton Community Centre, Stubbington, PO14 2PP, on Friday 23rd and Saturday 24th July 2021. Doors open 19:30, curtain 20:00. Tickets £10.00 from 01329 662128 or Crofton Community Centre.

Seating will be at socially-distanced tables and you are welcome to bring your own refreshments.

See how Lady Lyn van Del, owner of Vandel Hall and her trusty staff plan to cope with an extreme lockdown. But each person has a different plan, so who survives and who does not survive?

We are a Pain Management Support Group, returning on Thursday 29 July 2021 at 10am for our first meeting in 17 months, subject to government guidelines. We meet every last Thursday of the month at 10am until 12.30pm.

We have speakers from a variety of subjects covering a wide choice of interests. We arrange optional social outings and meet for lunch or coffee, usually once a month, choosing a variety of different places to enjoy a coffee or lunch together. Everything we arrange is sympathetic to the members needs and costs.
