The Development Sites & Policies Plan allocates sites and land for housing, retail, economic development, leisure, recreation and community uses, whilst also recommending areas for protection such as green spaces and conservation areas.
The plan also sets out a vision for the future of Fareham Town Centre and sets out policies which influence the way land is developed around the Borough and helps guide decisions on planning applications.
Fareham Borough Council adopted the Local Plan Part 2: Development Sites and Policies on 8 June 2015.
